Shipping & Delivery

All Cleo & Bebe orders are dispatched from our Melbourne studio via Australia Post (Domestic) and Australia Post International (NZ and global orders). We aim to ship all orders promptly and with care.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Please note, during peak times (e.g. launches, sales, holidays), dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days due to higher order volumes.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday (AEST) or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If duties are not included, they will be calculated during checkout. Rest assured, there are no hidden surprises upon delivery.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be listed as pre-order and will include the expected ship date on the product page.
Full payment is taken at the time of purchase. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship once the full order is ready.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.

• Where are Cleo & Bebe bibs made?
  Designed in Melbourne, Australia and ethically made in China using premium materials.
• Are the bibs machine washable?
  Yes – machine washable and easy to care for. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.
• What are the bibs made from?
  100% cotton (front and back) with a soft, breathable waterproof layer of PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) in the middle.
• Is the waterproof layer food safe?
  Yes – our PUL is completely food safe and gentle on sensitive skin.
